How many doors for your site?

A few questions, and the calculator tells you which locker range fits and how many doors your site needs. Then you receive your quote. Free, no sign-up.

1 · Who drops the parcels off?

This question decides the range. If the courier, reception or the employee must drop off on their own, a screen is needed: the touchscreen ISILOCKER. With an agent with a smartphone, the Locker Lite Bluetooth is enough, 2 to 3 times cheaper and with no building works.

2 · Your volumes

Nominal rule observed at our customers: daily parcel flow is around 10% of the site headcount.

3 · Your layout

One central location (lobby, mailroom, goods-in area) = 1. Several buildings or floors served = as many locations.

4 · Your parcels

Large parcels (boxes over 35 cm high) point to XL doors. For a mix, we assume 70% standard and 30% large parcels.

5 · Collection pace

Key sizing factor: a door stays occupied until the parcel is collected. Remote work and shift patterns lengthen this delay.
Year end, sales, back to school: parcel flows can rise sharply over a few weeks.

Sizing rules straight from the field

These ratios come from our real deployments in pharma, luxury, healthcare, higher education and corporate offices. The 10%-of-headcount rule holds on the vast majority of sites, and we only recommend an extra module when flows durably exceed installed capacity by 20%, so your investment stays matched to actual usage.
